I was with WW for 3 months. This site just has better information and is free. Started my weight loss challenge last year. Lost 35 pounds to date, some before I began Fat Secret. Have missed the gym this summer with such a busy schedule. Kids soon back in school and can get back on the work out train. Want to drop another 50 pounds by next April. Here's hoping.....
Today is the day I put myself first. I may lose time with my family by going to the gym 1hour a day, but will gain years back with them by being healthy.

If you want to stick with the WW concept, check out skinnytaste.com. It's a great blog with excellent recipes (my 17 year old has approved all that I've made) that are WW friendly and have the points listed. I'm not doing WW, but I like that she breaks down the calorie count in each of the recipes.
