Good for you - great weight loss! I started on the 9th, and I'm down 14.5, after being on a stall last week...I'm still on induction, and probably will stay there till I hit 20 or 25 lbs maybe, I'll just have to play it by ear and see how I feel - if you want any buddies to chat with or for support, I'm sending you a request. Keep up the great job!

I am also on induction. I just started on Monday 7/30/2012. Down 2.2 lbs as of this morning. I hope I have losses like yours, that would really help keep me on track. Anyway, congrats and good luck to us all.

I started induction Aug 1st and am down 3 lbs. I have added sodium to my diet in the way of soup and this has helped tremendously with the atkins flu. I can not wait to get the atkins edge and start burning fat! Best luck everyone and good job thus far!
