Kangoo Jump

Has anybody tried Kangoo Jump before? If so please i need some guiding! haha, i hope i won't fall on those 'shoes'. Tomorrow will be my first class and i'm so excited! i need some reviews, pros and cons, and whatever!! thanks, much appreciated!

EVERYBODY SHOULD TRY KANGOO JUMPING! Its been already like three weeks since i started going twice a week and i just love the classes!!! a lil recommendation thou: its not recommendable for people who have never done any workout!!!!

Wow. Never heard of that before. Looked it up on You Tube. Any gym facility doing classes like that better have good liability insurance. Whew! Looks a little dangerous to me. But maybe the young pups on here can handle it.

never have heard of this looked it up. shoes i dont think so. i have tried the shoes that kind of rock back and forth. i like them and the do tighted up the legs. but have heard they have do some damage the the legs but i only use them for work and not out side. when i go shopping i'll wear them and it is a good excrise. but these kangoo jump shoes no way that a long hospital stay wating to happen.

hahaha they are not as difficult to use as they seem! on my first class i was already jumping like a kangaroo!

Anyone using the Fitbit Flex or similar devices?
I have a bodymedia fit and love it. It really helps keep you motivated and focused. It does allow you to sync with a heart rate monitor, but I find it has been a good tool regardless.
