Hi, I´d like to know if here we count with a tool like a meal planner, so we can plan the foods-meals we are going to have in advance.
I am trying to do so in order to follow my diet, without a plan is not that easy
so I think it would be so cool if we have here something like that, so we could "schedule" the meals in advance and follow that plan.

You can enter food in your diet calendar for any day, not just the current one. Hover over "MY FATSECRET" and click on "My Diet Calendar". From there you can "View Full Diet Calendar". Click on any day, and you can add food to that day.

I have read you should eat at least 90 gr of protein every day so you wont burn off muscle. If you combine ths with 50 gr of carbs and 20 gr of fat,you will loose. Hard to do tho
