Google "nutritional needs calculator" -- some are more detailed than others.

I made the suggestion already on your other forum post about being hungry. If you look at the circle pie chary at the bottom of your food diary, you might try for 40-50% carbs, 30-40% protein and the rest healthy fats like olive oil, nuts, etc. Be sure to get at least 25g of fiber and keep your sodium levels to 2600 or less. Drink at least 100 ounces of water daily, too. You will not lose well if you do not have enough protein because it will keep you from being hungry. Check your other forum post for more detail.
If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.

Puddin Pie, if you go to your account settings, then you can click a box in your preferences that says "show RDI", after you do that it will appear. Just figured it out for myself. Smile
A bad moment does not have to be a bad day, bad week, or a sign that you can't do this. It is a moment. Just that. Pause and go back to the person who really wants to be healthier and happier.
