I find these things completely awkward, generally because of my weight. I've been instructed to start a journal of my eating habits, however bad or good they maybe by my doctor. And because I'm utterly useless with remembering anything I was told to use this app on my phone and then found out there was all this forum stuff with it.
Please don't judge me on my weight, Although I have very little apathy towards myself, I'm considerably nice person and only want to make people happy.
I've punished myself for 10 years with ED's and I just want people to chat too and re-learn how to enjoy food, exercise and life again.
Thank you for your time

Although most of the users on this site are trying to lose weight, many are using it to gain. I don't think you'll find anyone judging you for it. Not everyone has the same body composition or the same goals, but the tracking features on this site are useful for most all of those goals.
Best of luck to you, and don't be afraid to ask questions!

Thank you for replying to my post. Well I am here obviously because my doctor told me to use the app, but I need to re educate myself with finding out what I actually enjoy eating and doing fun exercise and such.
