Satiereal Saffron Extract
I saw this advertised on Dr.Oz about two months ago! I ordered them off-line and started taking then within two weeks. In the beginning I doubted its results but after about a week I noticed I wasn't eating as many snacks. I don't have a problem at home eating snacks and junk but during the day at work I found that I would snack all day! After about 3 weeks by body was kinda trained and I stopped taking the pills. I have given some of the pills to friends and they notices the same. With one it took two weeks to feel the difference and she is still taking them 4 weeks later. The other noticed a difference in a week! Try it!!

I've been taking this as well, just with dinner so far. (I'm an evening snacker). Not sure yet if the reduction in snacking is pure beginning-of-the-diet willpower, or saffron-assisted. My willpwer isn't so great so I'm thinking the saffron is working to help me there.
It does give me an unpleasant aftertaste in the throat with a little bit of belching if I don't take it with food. I might go to the recommended twice a day when I hit my inevitable weight-loss plateau, but my breakfast tends to be small and bland so I'm avoiding the throat-taste for now.
I got mine at GNC, for a price comparable to what I've seen online.
