Keeping Up

I realize that by keeping up with a diet calendar, I can better manage my diet and exercise regimine. But, I do not enjoy it! It is HARD WORK!!! I have increased my exercise by walking 5 days/wk for the last 4wks and have not lost that much weight. I will continue to take the challenge...

It is really not easy to loose weight. You need hardwork to accomplish your goal. Just keep it up and goodluck.

I joined Curves in April and I go 4-5 days a week. Although my inches went down, my weight did not budge at all - until mid of this week when the scale showed a 4 lbs. loss since last week which is when I started keeping track of my food intake and aimed for 2,000 calories a day. Keep at it. See if you can boost your walking by doing interval light running for 30 seconds - 1 minute here and there to increase your calorie burn.
