I have a cross trainer standing here at home that i thought i was going to start using.
But i don't know what to put it down as when i enter the exersice in my journal??

I have 6 different levels, and i use the "Fat Burning" one of them.
And i'm so totally out of shape that i can only last for about 10-20 minutes on it.

Is it "Exercise Machine"??
And if that is the case what speed should i use??
Fast, Moderate or Slow??

Hoping that someone can help me out Smile

I got 1 of them & they are great to get you started. Always try to be at least slightly out of breath. Has yours got a calorie counter on it? then use that information which you can add manually to your ecercise diary. If not, be honest with yourself, did you feel you worked really hard (fast) or moderate or slow? then use the appropriated 'exercise machine'. it doesn't matter if the machine stands in the gym or your living room Wink

* on My Diet Calendar
jwill77nc2 is correct. Also, if there is NO asterisk (*) after the food or exercise then that number will not be counted in the Challenges and Contests and Mini Challenges this program offers.
