When I'm sick and tired of eating chicken breast all the time, I cooke shrimps!
I buy them frozen, cook them in the water for 5-10 min and put them in green leaf sallad with a tablespoon of pumpkin oli!...

Thats a good choice! You always need to change your food plan. Eating the same food each day, will lead you to binge or feeling bored from your healthy journey!

I cook up the entire package at once and keep the cooked shrimp in the refrigerator so I don't have to prepare an entire meal when I want them. I also do the same thing with fresh vegetables, so the refrigerator is like a low-carb buffet.
