I don't think so - I guess I always just shoot for the same RDI every day and figure that the calorie deficit will average out - some days you will have a 300 calorie deficit, and some days a 700 calorie deficit, etc.
You pretty much just have to put up with the site telling you that you are 'over RDI' even though you are still recording a calorie deficit.. don't worry about it..
Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day.
