I'm stuck between the range of 195-192 pounds all the time no matter what I eat or how long I workout nowadays. I've been at this plateau for about 2 months now.
Bummer. My calorie intake is 1,000 calories for my lifestyle. 18, not working, not in college, no sports, all sorts of things.
Will working out in the mornings and in the afternoons along with eating 1,000 calories kick this plateau in the behind?
Please give me all the advice you can! Maybe I need to include more foods in my diet?? Veggies perhaps? I eat a lot
of fruit. Low-calorie diet by the way.
