SOS! I'm 5 feet 4 inches tall, 105 lbs. Actually, I look kinda ok but my main problem is the tummy bloat. My waist wont trim down anywhere below 25 inches. What food or exercise is good for me? Thank you!Neutral

It's impossible to completely help without being able to see your food journal, but assuming you have no medical conditions; it could be too much sodium in your diet, too little fiber in your diet, and/or too little water intake.

You may be genetically disposed to that size Sad Have you tried any tummy/ab exercises? Tightening up your core muscles might help. And like Misunshyne says, rule out anything that could be making you bloated. I would add reducing your intake of soda and anything carbonated and gassy veggies like broccoli.

I have the belly problem as well, I am 5ft even. Try pilates, I haven't done it in a while, but when I did it seemed to really help with trimming my belly and also my thighs. Good luck Smile

Swollen ankles???
Yes I get this. The main reasons tend to be sodium intake, lack of water, and hormones. I see from your food log that most days you are over 3000 and somethimes up to 5000mg in sodium. "They" ...
