I'm trying to find low carb alternatives to eggs for breakfast. I like eggs, but eating them everyday eventually will get boring.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

they have the cheesecake pancakes and different pancake recipes in the recipe section. I like a big bowl of soup for breakfast. you can create your own wth chicken broth, veggies, cut up some chicken ect... Or you can look up "egg drop soup" in the recipe section.... I think I could use some breakfast ideas as well.lol Smile

Try looking at the revolutionary roll recipe on youtube, I haven't tried it yet but it looks yummy and I read you can cook ahead of time and they keep well in an airtight container.
I alternate poached eggs one day, then next day a vanilla protein shake with almond milk and ground flax (very filling, I use an unsweetened plant protein mix from amazon, I think it's called plant life).

I have had salads with bacon and some cheese in the morning and I enjoy the change up. There is also the pepper sausage bake..the receipe is on the atkins site and it is really good.
