Me too! It's a water thing. Try to persist and you will probably see a sudden drop in a few days. I hate the stalls, though. Don't you?

Just eating less does not work.. There is a theory that your body adjusts to whatever you eat each day, ie: if you are eating 2000 calories a day your body will be concentrating on burning all that off, wheras if you then started only eating 1000 calories a day, even though it's a significant change, your body will adjust so that it will only work off the 1000 calories. If you look up the calorie shifting diet it will explain is better!. But for any weight loss to be successful it would have to be a combination of exercise and healthy eating. Eating too little causes our bodies to go into starvation mode and cling to anything we do eat,you just need to find the right balance of eating well and exercise and you will start to notice a difference! Good luck Smile
