For me, it's mainly how great I'm going to feel about myself afterwards. Exercise is a major energy booster and stress reliever for me.
Having new ZUMBA routines to learn keeps me excited about spending hrs. practicing choreoghraphy. Also, the super-sexy way I feel moving to the Latin/International music keeps me looking foward to ZUMBA dancing.
Having a rockin' playlist also keeps me pumped up for running.
Having a planned social event to go to or a fancy new outfit to wear keeps me motivated to exercise because I want to be sure I look and feel my best during those occassions.
Having new shoes to run in or a new work out outfit to wear makes me want to work out.
I'd love to hear what keeps you all pumped up to exercise!

For me, it's having an exercise tracker. Nothing has ever motivated me like having all the charts and graphs to show my progress.
I also like the feeling of getting stronger. It is the most awesome feeling in the world when you do some exercise that used to be impossibly hard and you realize for the first time that it is getting easier. I'm still way too slow and weak to compete against others, but competing against myself is a great substitute.
