Last wednesday was my first time attempting 7 miles running,I've done it in 1h35mins.today I went again for 7 miles,I didn't run 7 miles I run 8 miles,in 1h46 mins.I can't believe I did that.on 7 miles it was 1h32mins,and I said let me carry on to see if I can do 8 miles and I did it.I'm very very very happy.good luck to everybody.keep it up.fitness is the best.

Wow that is really impressive! I do the same exact thing with my cardio as well. I love competing against myself! Continue to rock it!

Anyone using the Fitbit Flex or similar devices?
I have a bodymedia fit and love it. It really helps keep you motivated and focused. It does allow you to sync with a heart rate monitor, but I find it has been a good tool regardless.
