I did out my calculations from an article on bodybuilding.com. It was an article on achieving 6 pack abs. The calculations for my weight said my daily calorie intake should be 1280 cal/196g protein/64 carbs/25 fats. I eat extremely well but I am finding it hard not to go over my carbs and fats. just eating 1 apple I get 20g of carbs and using 1tbl spoon of olive oil I have already used 1/2 my fats. Does anyone have any experience with this? Do these numbers sound right?

You don't need that much protein, and could use more fat.
As far as total calories, that may or may not be too few, depending on your activity level. It's not obviously outside of the ballpark, however.

If you got the recommendations from an article on the bb.com supersite, take it with a grain of salt. The nutrition forum is a much better source of information, starting with this thread on calorie and macronutrient needs. Use the recommendations there instead.

Adding: Visible abdominal muscles are a function of low body fat - although the size of the muscles themselves will affect the body fat threshold at which they're visible. There's no ab-specific diet or foods.

The less fat you have on your abs, the more you will see your muscle definition.

The recommended protein intake is 1g per pound so you are a little high unless you are trying to build mass. Like everyone else said, cut your body fat % and you will see your abs.
