I've been at a stall for over a month now. I'm not gaining (thank GOD) but I'm also not losing.... anything...

A girl at work told me about trying green tea or at least a green tea supplement to kindof kickstart my diet again. I've already lost 40 pounds but I still have 25 more to lose :-/ should I just stay the course and hope for the best? I feel I should try something new.

I've heard a few things about green tea... The asian community swear that drinking a cup of green tea after a meal help with digestion, breaking down fats and "flush" them quickly. It is also a great source for anti-oxidents. As far as the supplements go, like "Mega T", most of the studies show that the caffeine content is the main fat burning property, but there is not a ton of data supporting it's effectiveness.

In my unprofessional opinion, fresh brewed green tea (with or without caffeine) would be the way I would go... The pills seem like a waste of time and potentially dangerous if you have a sensitivity to caffeine.

Yes I get this. The main reasons tend to be sodium intake, lack of water, and hormones. I see from your food log that most days you are over 3000 and somethimes up to 5000mg in sodium. "They" ...
