Hi moma55,

If I understand what page you're viewing, (I'm thinking it is the "My Diet Calendar Overview" ) you see the calories you've eaten for the day under the "Food (kcal)" column. Then it gives you the %RDI and the Nutritional Summary, then the "Exercise (kcal)" and then finally the "Net (kcal)" and if you're trying to lose weight, you want to see the little arrow in the 'down' position and be colored green.

This means that when you subtract your calories of food eaten from the calories burned (depending on how you set this up - could be calories from exercise and the amount of calories your body needs to burn just to exist) then the result is in the Net calorie column.

Hope this helps, if not, let us know. Good luck! Joyce
