I know they have changed it yet again. I did make it to a meeting when a few weeks after it changed. But in a nutshell, can anyone give me an abbreviated rundown?!
Thanks!

Essentially the one biggest change is that fruits and vegtables have no points.
I signed up for it a few months ago but ended up cancelling my perscription after a month or two. It just didn't work for me (I ended up eating ALOT of fruits, which is not very best for dieting (although fruits have alot of vitamins and fiber they are also very high in sugar and tend to spike the blood sugar level).

Are you speaking of the POINTSPLUS 2012 or just the POINTSPLUS? I'll assume it's the former as the regular POINTSPLUS has been out for a while. The only real changes they made was to give you the option to drop your daily POINTS to 26 if you find you are not losing weight. This usually happens after you have been on the program for a while and when your weight is closer to your goal. They also introduced some new "strategy" plans for when you are first starting out on the program but, since I had been on the program for quite some time, I didn't pay much attention because those plans were like review for me. I think that's all that's really changed. The new calculators have the options for changing your daily POINTS from 29 to 26 but I didn't bother buying one because I track online.
IT NEVER GETS EASIER - YOU JUST GET BETTER.
