I was at a plateau at 166lbs. I had to try something different. I started eating veggie burgers and vegan meatless food in the frozen food section. Its not that high in calories. It taste good. I also drink protein (whey) drink for breakfast and snack. Im still researching and keeping notes to see if it works.

Well researching and seeing what works is one of the reasons why all of us are on FatSecret Smile

I'm currently on the Atkins diet but I will admit I've actually found certain veggie burgers and vegetarian products tasty and wouldn't mind including them in my diet (assuming any were low-carb). Experimenting is good.

Can you do yogurt? A friend recommended to me plain yogurt with splenda mixed in. Maybe try that with some berries. I've been putting frozen raspberries in my protein shake.
