this weeks workout was a little tough seeing that i started around wednsday.

Wed: 120 reps of hamstring push ups.(really felt sore after), 20 push ups. Meal: grilled pepper pork steak and liptons barbeque flavored rice and 32 oz gatorade.

Thur:3 block jog, 15 reps of upper body curls, 20 situps, 10 push ups. Meal: chicken pot pie 24 oz brisk lemonade. (had a slip up and had a mcchicken sandwich)

Anyone using the Fitbit Flex or similar devices?
I have a bodymedia fit and love it. It really helps keep you motivated and focused. It does allow you to sync with a heart rate monitor, but I find it has been a good tool regardless.
