Hi Smile I'm in the middle of the attack phase (cheated and had some PV days in the middle of it, so I'm back to PP today).

My question is: how do I make sure to get enough calories on the PP days? I know I should be getting near 1000 calories so as to prevent my body from going into 'starvation mode' and storing calories, but I get so full from eating all this protein that I'm averaging around 600 calories per day!

Does anyone else have this problem? I try to eat when I am hungry, and not eat when I'm not hungry, but then I end up with very few calories for the day. The protein is just so filling!
