I started dieting about 5yrs ago. I started with a Calorie King book and notepad. Then I did WW as I wanted some moral support.... Now I'm here.... i tend to get frustrated and do better with others that are dieting too.

Trying to lose weight certainly has it's frustrations! Perhaps change your focus to improved health rather than just weight loss - educate yourself about nutrition and fitness. Then when the weight loss isn't as quick as you'd like (and it rarely is), you know you're still on track and doing a good thing for yourself.
