Goal Weight

Nearly at my goal weight & am still slowly but surely getting there.

Once achieved...The challenge doesn't finish there though.

It's still a daily struggle to keep the weight off.

You would hope that it would become a natural part of life after a while and not a constant struggle. Congrats on having made it. Oh its that cute little dog again.

Congrats from me too! It's DEFINITELY not over, just because we reach goal. It's just another type of game we're doing - and not an easier one.

Doh.... I have struggled over the xmas/new year couldn't resist indulging now It's back to eating well.
My Doctor couldn't believe I have lost weight...I told him out was sheer damn determination.
Meds have changed slightly but I'm sure it won't stop my progress.
If only there was a way to wave a magic wand & stop the tiredness I would be a happy girl.

Yes, I can relate, my med causes weight gain and at best deters my progress....but I am hanging in there, awareness is key and using the supports on here are awesome. Happy New Year and Good Luck! Susan

80 pounds = the Worlds Largest Ball of Tape 90 pounds = a newborn calf Im in-between these. I have about 15-10 lbs left to lose which will make it just over 100 lbs. lost.
