When I take multi-vitamins I have found I don't seem to get those hunger attacks.
I did some research & it appears correct, when the body is getting sufficient vitamins, the hunger cravings stop...
Well its worked for me.
My biggest shock was realising I wasn't getting enough iron. I was only getting 20% of my daily allowance & always feeling tired. Suppliments do make a BIG difference.

Oh my... Save your money and eat 500 calories if you really insist.....the drops or injections are just a money scam, sadly. OR....eat healthy and exercise and lose the weight for life.
