Consumer reports site heavey metal problems with protien powders and shakes. i recently bought a couple GCN ones. i was unsure if i realy want to use them, i've been trying to loose weight with out any special shakes or any. (nothing "diet" or artificaly low calorie, not even coke)
what drove me to buy them was that i'm working out and wana make sure i eat enough protien to rebuild. i eat around 50 to 70 grams just by my normal diet but wana kick it up to close to 100-150g without more fat.

should this matter?
Life is now! why waste it.
