I get jealous when I see how much people who are 6 feet get to eat! lol, I am a shortie too (5 feet) and it stinks when it comes to counting calories!!! lol

OMG Samesies!!! I can't believe some get to eat like 3000 a day! Man oh man! But I guess it's just a part of how we're built. (Also 5'2" , but only on particularly tall days.)

Geez, If I ate that much, I'd probably feel like shiz. I range between 1300 and 1800 usually and always feel full thanks to focussing on protein based meals. But you know, on my eating plan I don't count calories

Swollen ankles???
I have them too, and for me it is because of food intolerance. I can accidentally eat small amount of food I do not tolerate, and they will remain swollen for a few weeks.
