Trying to get a grip

I just started using this over the weekend. Need to find a way to see what I am doing as I go through the day. Recording every BLT (bit, lick and taste) to see just how much I consume when trying to be 'good'. Well, it turns out I am horrilbe even when trying to be good!!
It has taken me about 5 years to lose 60 pounds, so I am a slow dieter!!!
