Keep ANY "extra" foods > 10% of RDA -and- listed separately from your nutritious meals/needs(I list under the 'snacks'
so you can easily "see" & make sure they do not exceed @ 10% of your daily calorie allowance...For EX: Alcohol, Sweets, Salty snacks, condiments...
