NEED TO SHARE......OMG, OMG, OMG, I don't believe it, I have actually lost a whopping 10lb! Yes you read right, 10lbs in my FIRST induction week. Though I will point out I have been watching my calorie intake too. 20 carbs and 1150-1200 calories a day!
Can't wait for this time next week now!!!

Nice Jules Smile
I am on Atkins too. This week is my 3rd Induction week. I need to lose 10 lbs, but I am not losing!
I keep track of every thing; I weigh the food, meat, vegetables; 20 gr carb per day. No Atkins bars or Atkins shake, no artificial sugar, but still no success!
I lost only 3 lbs, which by the way looks like temporary! Because it is not fixed and each day it fluctuates between 1 and 3 lbs!
Any how, wish u luck and keep going Smile

That's fantastic - well done I haven't lost anything but maybe counting calories the way to go. I have low carbs but no weight loss. Keep up the good work Brilliant!!!!!

Thank you both.

Simma, how many calories are you having each day? Do you do any exercise? The last few lbs is always harder to loose, you may need to be a bit more strict and do some exercise. Good luck.

Crink, yes try counting the calories too, I couldn't loose the weight last year on just low carbs alone. Best of luck, let me know how you do.

xx
