I feel like I'm doing something wrong. I see all these people doing great things in their first weak and I'm just..not. I've try to follow the diet straight on. Sometimes dont get more fat than protein. Could someone maybe check out my diet and see what I'm doing wrong?

I'm very low exercise but somewhere I read that no to rapidly increase the exercise routine in the first 2 weeks to add it in after. So general housework chasing after 5 children. and so fast pace walking..Should I start now starting my workout plan??

You need to make sure that your percentages are as follows: 20-30% protein, 60-70% fat, and the rest carbohydrates--mostly from veggies. As far as working out goes, if you are over the atkins flu you are okay. you could also try something low impact like walking.

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
