recommended plan for me from gym

Hi all - new here. It's relatively simple... takes some planning - today was day 1. 4 small meals a day - each one consists of 1 fist of carbs, 1 palm of protein, 1 fist fruit or vegetables. Cheat meal on weekend. I found cinnamon bread helps for sweet tooth. Start with trainer next week for first time ever....belly be gone..pleeeeaase.

Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.
