Im a little confused as to how this all works...I am currently 76.6kg, 160cm tall...aprox 18kg overweight. I do family day care, so i work from home and i do a half hour on the treadmill 5 days a week. I worked out that for me to reach my goal weight i need 1800 calories a day...that seems a lot?
I was also wondering how long it would take me to reach this goal?
I also read somewhere that this program gives you recommend food suggestions to suit your calories, or do you just search them yourself?
Thanks guys.

recommended intake question
Unless I'm missing something, this site does not give you recommendations for your calories. You can, however, search through the recipes that have been uploaded by members depending on the kind of 'diet' you are on (low-cal, low-fat, low-carb, Weight Watchers, etc.) - click on Recipes, and then on the right side you can narrow down your search by clinking on the different search criteria. Hope that helps.
Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is
not
that day.

The
FAQ
at the bottom of the page is also a great resource for the basics and how-to's. A lot a "how to navigate the site" sort of stuff is listed in the frequently asked questions to help you get your feel wet.
And welcome to the Fat Secret community! Best of luck on reaching your goals!
