beginning the journey

I am not by any means over weight, but am simply searching for a healthy lifestyle. I train 5 nights a week at karate and one day with a group doing ciruit training. The importance of finding people to share your goals and passion are second to none! I was always a lone excerciser but never kept to a plan for more than an 8 week stretch. With the friends I've made along the way, I encourage everyone to get out there and find people to enjoy an active lifestyle with. It may not be your immediate friends, but taking that lone step into a group activity will open your mind and your circle of friends like you would never imagine!
