I love fatsecret, better than fitday for my needs and I love the app + barcode scanner. Makes life really easy.
I zig-zag my calories daily and I would LOVE it if we could set a target calorie level and macronutrient level for each day of the week, instead of being forced into a specific number that gets made for you.
I get the auto-calculate based on levels of activity and whatnot is helpful for people who don't know how to get started, but I have my numbers dialed in pretty tight and would love to customize my totals to have them vary day-by-day as I please.
I mean, even if I were to follow the advice on here - I put in my relevant info and it told me I'd be losing weight on 3300 cals/day. That's what I was lean massing on.
Please allow us to customize our daily calorie totals, and make it so that each day is not the same; every day is different for me.
Thanks.

Do you like cottage cheese or does it make you cringe?
It depends. I can't stand eating it with fruit or anything sweet, like most people do.

COCONUT WATER
I love coconut water & prefer Harmless Harvest raw coconut water. It's more expensive, but worth it, I think. I get it at Whole Foods or a local health food store.

Serving Sizes
Absolutely right. We're only hurting ourselves. All foods aren't created equal. Yoplait has high fructose corn syrup. Chobani has cane sugar and Fage has something else. And each one has a ...
