I have been eating constantly and I think I am totally addicted to "tea with milk and sugar".
Even though this powder form of instant tea is only 70 calories. I have been drinking it non-stop through out the day. I just drank 4 today.
Amazing, right? After I drank those, I always felt the urge to eat. I am gaining weight and I don't see any more 6 packs. What can I do to stay away from food in general?

"Only" 70 calories will add to a LOT if you have them consistently throughout the day. How about replacing that tea with a regular tea with a sweetener instead? This will instantly take away pretty much ALL calories from your favorite drink?
When it comes to staying away from food, there is really no need to. However, you need to set yourself some goal on how much you will allow yourself, and STICK TO THE PLAN. The plan is there for a reason.
Get yourself set up, find out your RDI (recommended daily intake), and stick with it. Then you'll lose weight. I promise.
Remember, when you don't follow plan, you're only cheating yourself. The rest of the world don't care.

I will echo what Kingkeld says, and say that the caffeine in the tea sometimes makes us want to eat more later, its a bounce back effect. Or a catch 22 some may say. I can easily recognize it when I drink Red Bull or other "energy" drinks. Same principle as exercise, you get that heart pounding (burn more calories too), and your body wants to fill that gap and replace that energy later.

Properly timed tea or coffee though, like at 2PM during a bodies natural low, and before dinner cant be too harmful. Just doing anything "all day" because we "like" it is a bad sign.

I like what Kingkeld said, "Remember, when you don't follow plan, you're only cheating yourself. The rest of the world don't care."
My major problem is I cannot stick to my plan any more. People around me said that I am too skinny but I know my body. They will know that I am really NOT that fit if I have my bikini on. I have skinny legs and arms.
Anyway, I will try not to think about the milk tea. I cannot have other tea to replace the milk tea that I am drinking now because it is just so good that I cannot quit.

As I read through this thread I cannot help but think of the TRUE, but TRITE (Adjective: {of a remark, opinion, or idea} Overused and consequently of little import; lacking originality or freshness) idiom:

If people are saying that you are too skinny but you still feel you look flabby, I'd up your protein a little bit. It helps for curbing appetite aside from helping you keep more muscle. I cant help you with the milk tea thing, I have the same problem with coffee and creamer, but I have cut myself down to one cup in the morning Sad

If you are truly too skinny, then I would focus on weight training. If you exercise and tone up, you should feel better about yourself. Exercising in general will make you feel better.
