For me, motivation comes from results. I get the drive to continue from seeing that what I am doing works for me. I get the drive from feeling better, looking better, being happier and getting compliments. It can definitely be hard to motivate yourself sometimes, but think of the good things that comes from doing this right, and choose to do good instead of damaging the plan that you're working on. When you cheat, you don't cheat anyone but yourself - and that's simply not worth it.

- on a side note - when you post would you be a dear and turn off caps lock? It looks so hard on the eyes, and in "internet language" you're essentially yelling. Smile
"Keep your friends close, your enemies closer, and the cookies at the other end of the table."
- Kingkeld.
"Eat less, move more, lose weight."
- Kingkeld.
"Do. Or do not. There is no trying."
- Master Yoda.

I started my weight loss journey on October 4th, 2010 - and this is what I have accomplished so far:
