I'M KNOWN AS MSW TO MY WIGHT LOSS FRIENDS. I'VE BEEN ON THIS SITE A WHILE NOW FOR FOOD TRACKING. HOWEVER, I'VE NEVER PAID MUCH ATTENTION TO THE FAT SECRET COMMUNITY SO I AM TOTALLY FRIENDLESS.
MY EXPERIENCE WITH OBESITY HAS BEEN LONG, VARIED, AND COMPLEX. I'M SURE THAT APPLIES TO MOST OF US. THANKFULLY, I AM IN THE "NORMAL" RANGE IF NOT EXACTLY WHERE I WANT TO BE YET.
IT WOULD TAKE A BOOK TO DESCRIBE MY HISTORY BUT IN TOTAL I'VE LOST A PERSON. NOW I NEED TO LOOSE THE LAST OF IT.
I'M 135 LBS DOWN WITH 15 LBS TO GO. I STRUGGLE DAILY, BUT I KEEP ON WORKING AT IT.

Kidding aside, congrats on your progress so far and good luck with those last few pounds.

If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel, press and hold the ctrl button on your keyboard and at the same time, turn the scroll wheel on your mouse upward. Viola! The text in your browser will get bigger including the text that isn't yours. No need for all caps anymore.

Thanks for this tip! As a firefox browser user, I've always used function++ or function+-, but your tip to use Windows control with scroll wheel is much easier! It zooms in and out much faster, and it's less keys to find. Greatly appreciated!
