ok so i have been working out for over 2 years now. Mostly cardio. I hired a personal trainer last year to learn about resistance training and weights. so now I have a complete workout I do 30-45 min of cardio then weights/resistance and then 15 more min of cardio. however the more weight I lose the less atractive i feel my body is.. I was once 300lbs now down to 218 I lost the weight over a 10 year span so will I ever be able to tone up??
