I am confused on something. I drank 64ozs of well water, a 20oz bottled water and a propel zero today. I was not hungry and only consumed between 500-600 calories today. I have read that if you don't consume at least 1200 calories a day it sends your body into starvation mode. But what if your not hungry? Does it still send your body into starvation mode? Please help... thanks

You are full fom the water. You need to eat when you are hungry normally but every few hours eat a little something.

5-600 calories/day is NOT enough.
Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is
not
that day.

You should make it a habit to eat a minimum of 1200 calories per day.
However, one day of eating less than that, even significantly less, isn't going to hurt you. Don't worry about it, but don't make it a habit to eat 600 calories per day.

I'm sure the situation will resolve itself. Unless you are taking diet pills. I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that, if it was all just about drinking lots of water, you probably wouldn't be overweight and trying to lose weight. So, I'm thinking you will not consistently be eating 500-600 calories. Not sure how you can manage to have any energy on that. Unless you are eating lots of low calorie veggies. I'm sure that you will eventually get over the full feeling.

Not being hungry is the first sign your metabolism has slowed down.
