I've been maintaining my eating program, the No S diet, for over two years. I've lost weight slowly, but I am continuing to lose. Most people talking about losing ten pounds in a few weeks or 30 pounds in a few months on a special diet are fatter two years later. That is a fact.

Unless you have a health problem, you don't need complicated eating plans to lose weight. Besides, 97% of people fail at using them for the long term. Are you listening? 97%! Stop listening to the 3% ( or one of the 97% who are going to fail in the long run) and commit yourself to adopting guidelines for smart eating now and forever. http://everydaysystems.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t=6437
