I don't know who you are....but whoever quoted "Someone who is busier than you is working out right now." is my hero! I have printed it on labels and posted it on the back of my cell phone, on the rear view mirror of my car, on my bathroom mirror and on my refrigerator.

Thank you for waking me up!!!!!!!!

I believe credit should go to erika2633. That line has struck a chord with me, too.

And I also like her: "There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day."

It's such an awesome and inspiring quote. I've noticed it too. Thanks, Erika!

Thanks, MaryBo. It's a good feeling to feel good. :- )

But my current plan is a little radical - medically supervised, but radical. You probably will do as well, or better, to take your lead from Kingkeld. (See profile of the gentlemen above this post and search the forum for his wisdom.)

I intend to follow in his footsteps, once real food has been slowly introduced to my system again. Coming soon! Will start that in about a week and a half.

But feel free to follow in both our footsteps, and all the others here who are struggling and losing weight. Good luck and good choices! Joyce

Aww thanks! I really love those quotes too and they are so very motivating for me to keep doing what I'm doing! I'm glad they are inspiring to others too! Smile

:- ) Hey - only sayin' what is true. You've done a fantastic job! Something most of us need to emulate.

Thanks, too, for sticking around as you head into maintenance-land -- that is what I see for me as the real challenge after the loss. Joyce
