I dont know how often anyone goes on these websites but this is only Day 2 for me and since i have a desk job i feel lik i can keep up with the program ive created for myself. I love how this website watches the calories for you and how it remembers what you've eaten because lets face it, not everthing we eat comes out of a box lol I make home cooked meals for dinner and even lunch. So it's nice not to have to go back and search for these items these little ingridients to double check everything. I mean counting calories can be exhausting so i just like inputting all my data for the day and knowing if i have room for that glass of wine or two at the end of the day
and if not that just means i have to work harder to enjoy myself. The trick is cutting out the unecessaries!! Stop the fast food, i work in the city and theres a mouthwatering food place wherever you turn but im fortunate to also have th gym 2 blocks awsy and a small health foods store. Just make the right choice. No one is asking you to eat like a bird but its all up to you so dont pass up a delicious grilled chicken roasted peppers pesto panini....for a cheeseburger
