I do !
But I have this problem since august and I only started my weight loss journey in November... so for me it must be something else...
I thought it would go away but it didn't
I'd love some advice as well !

Look for other symptoms too, like gluten intolerance, fatigue etc. -a friend just recently was diagnosed w candida and changing her diet almost immediately stopped the itching.

Hi
I have had the same problem for years mainly my legs and arms, and usually worse in winter,
I put baby bubble bath in the water and have a nice soak, usually use Infacare or Oilatum, there is now a Oilatum lotion that is quite good. It works for me

Still, it could be an allergic reaction to what you're eating. You can develop allergies to stuff spontaneously, at any time, including things you've always eaten.

I had a big problem with this a little while ago. The root cause was that I'm allergic to some laundry products. In my case, the culprit was Downy-- even the Free & Sensitive version of it drives me crazy.
For laundry soap, try switching to All Free & Clear and see if that helps. That's the brand that was recommended to me by both a dermatologist and an allergist.

Can you do yogurt? A friend recommended to me plain yogurt with splenda mixed in. Maybe try that with some berries. I've been putting frozen raspberries in my protein shake.
