Why can't I add my own food items as some are not options in the fatscret listing???

Why can't I add my own food items as some are not options in the fatscret listing???

If you have the food label, just go into your food diary and click add item - then select new. It will allow you to enter the info. Otherwise, use the recipe function in your cookbook or custom foods - which is to the right when in your food diary. Lots of different options with each. Recipes - as long as you don't "share" them will allow you to adjust them each time you cook with different amounts of ingredients. Favorite meals - allows you to save different food pairings (like a salad with chicken, cranberries, dressing...). Custom foods allows you to save an item by just entering the info.

Avocados
