Starting induction again

I have fallen off the wagon and gained some weight back. So now I am going to start induction again. Wish me luck : )

I'll wish YOU luck if you wish ME luck! I did the same thing. Since Thanksgiving, I've put on 25lbs! (I just lost 3 in the past 2 weeks, so I'm baaaaaack!)

Itreed3 I do wish you luck. Great job on the 3 pounds i am back also!!! I had the funniest dream last night I dreamed I ate cake bread and pizza then when I first opened my eyes I really thought I had done it!!!!

I wish you luck! You got this! I alsostarted Indus Fiona's over after gaining 35 pounds back! Ugh!
1st goal: 180's
2nd goal: 170's
3rd goal: 160's
4th goal: 150's
5th goal: BMI<25
6th goal:get off my acid reflux meds
7th goal: 155lbs. weight
8th goal:get off my b/p meds


When I say 'I am a Christian' I don't speak of this with pride. I'm confessing that I stumble and need Christ to be my guide.

Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.
