Laughing I agree, what else is left?!?

Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is not that day.

I have an issue with only a few of them, but I agree, the less of this list you eat, the better.

Deli meat? Do they mean bologna? Because ham and turkey are both sources of lean protein. I agree that you shouldn't build your diet around these things but small amounts of butter, chocolate, honey, etc are definitely compatible with weight loss. Things like donuts and cakes are no-brainers though.

Ah, Erika, ever the comedian. You too, Gabbie. I agree with most of you. Some just didn't make sense. I think nuts are ok, as is dark chocolate, in moderation. And Nat, I'd agree that ur key is lean protein. I imagine they meant more of the others like bologna and ham. The lack of nutritional value was of most interest to me.

I agree with most of the list (*sigh*... many of those are my comfort foods), but the main one that surprised me was sour cream. I guess if you're used to the full fat type and you ate it a lot it could add up, but I usually use fat free or 1%. It's like with any dairy product where you just have to watch the fat percentage.
I've always thought low fat sour cream was a good source of protein and a fairly healthy condiment?

Agree with most of the list and am not worried..... But I'm with gnat - deli meat! I love ham and eat quite a bit with salad and as a snack - although I have heard it's not uber good for you. Frozen yoghurt!.!?!? Can you freeze yoghurt? .... I thought yoghurt was good for you (low fat variety of course) - does something happen in the freezing process? Although don't really eat chocolate - I thought a square a day was good for all sorts of things - alcohol ok - in moderation - but again, isn't a glass of red wine good for you too?

sk1nny... frozen yogurt is more of an ice cream.. it's basically yogurt mixed with other milk products and sugar.

Corviform, try low fat plain greek yogurt in place of sour cream- I find it makes a great substitute, as it's thick and creamy and has that same tangy flavor.

Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.
