Maybe I am not eating enough?

I've gained 1.5 pounds and not been eating over the top at all.... urghhh

I'm going to stick with it and assume it is just a fluctuation that is bound to happen.

I agree with your initial instinct on this one. I think we're the same height and when I was your weight, I was losing weight eating 1900 calories a day with exercise! Do not ever eat under 1200 cals a day and honestly, I would lean more towards 1500.

Avocados
Mix them with some garlic, salt, olive oil, some fresh chopped cilantro and lemon juice... For a more creamy sauce you can add a little bit of low fat mayo and mustard... Or just eat them as they come... ...

BMI
According to my BMI I should weigh 115-154. I only use it to estimate what weight range I should head for, although I know it's not always an accurate indicator.
